My career started as an officer in the military from 1975 to 2009. After years of devotion to my country, I decided to continue my studies at James Madison University, where I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in Management. After getting my master's degree, I continued my studies and got a PhD from Brunel University in the UK. Currently, I am the Dean of the Business Administration department at the Arab Open University.
I taught at the Public Authority of Education in Kuwait for 1 year, and I have been teaching at the Arab Open University for the past 5 years.
