​خطوات التسجيل في الجامعة
(Registration steps in the university)
  1. الدخول الي صفحة ال sis عبر الرابط التالي (Enter the sis link)  https://sis.aou.edu.kw/onlineservices/

  2. ادخال الرقم الجامعي والرقم السري اللذان تم ارسالهما عبر البريد الالكتروني
    (Enter the username and password that were sent to you by email)

  3. اختيار التخصص المطلوب والضغط على Proceed .
    ( Choose the required Track and click Proceed )

  4. الذهاب إلى قائمة الخدمات الالكترونية (list Go to E-Services)

  5.  اختيار التعهد من القائمة (Choose the commitment from the list).

  6.  الموافقة على التعهد (Accept the commitment).

  7. اختيار الذهاب الى قسم التسجيل من الشاشة الرئيسية (Go to the Registration section on the main page)

  8. اختيار رابط التسجيل (Go to the Registration Section).

  9. الاختيار من المواد المطروحة (Choose from the offered course).

  10.  الاختيار من قائمة الأوقات المطروحة للمقرر الذي تم اختياره وعمل Enroll.
    (Choose the suitable timing for the chosen courses by clicking Enroll)

  11. عمل تأكيد للمقرر والوقت الذي تم اختياره (Confirm the chosen course and timing).

  12. ظهور المادة التي تم تسجيلها في قائمة المواد المسجلة والتأكد من إتمام عملية تسجيل باقي المقررات بنفس الطريقة.
    (The appearance of the chosen course in the registered courses table, follow the same steps to register rest of courses)

  13. بعد الانتهاء من تسجيل المواد يتم الذهاب الى رابط الدفع لإتمام عملية التسجيل.
    (After finishing the registration process, you continue to the payment steps)

  14.  المواد التي لم يتم تأكيدها كما في بند 12 سوف يتم الغاؤها.
    (The non-confirmed courses (as in step 12) will be deleted from registration table)

  15. يجب عمل الموافقة أولا ثم الذهاب الى خطوة الدفع الأخيرة.
    (check this box for approval to continue to the final payment step)

  16.  يتم اختيار المبلغ المراد دفعه في حالة وجود أكثر من مبلغ ثم الذهاب الى رابط الدفع كى نت.
    (Choose the amount you want to pay then go to the k-net screen)

  17. اتمام عملية الدفع (Finish the payment process)

    ملاحظة مهمة: في حال كان لديك مواد منجزة من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة في دولة الكويت وترغب بمعادلة هذه المواد يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
    1)    الدخول الى sis بالمعلومات المذكورة أعلاه بعد اختيار التخصص المطلوب والموافقة على التعهد.
    2)    الذهاب إلى الخدمات الطلابية
    3)    طلب تقديم معادلة مواد
    4)    بعد تقديم الطلب الذهاب إلى Financial Section ودفع رسوم طلب المعادلة (5 دنانير)
    5)    سوف تظهر نتيجة المعادلة خلال اسبوعين من تقديم الطلب ويمكن معرفة المواد التي تمت معادلتها عن طريق Transcript أو Academic Plan.
    6)    لا يحق للطالب التقدم بطلب إعادة معادلة (مراجعة)، حيث إن توصيات لجنة معادلات القسم نهائية.
Important note: in case you have finished any courses offered by credited institution in Kuwait and willing to apply for and equivalency please follow the following steps:
1)    Enter sis by using the above information after choosing the required program and accept the commitment
2)    Go to E-Services
3)    Apply for equivalency
4)    After you apply for the equivalency go to financial section and pay the fees for the corresponding service (5 KD)
5)    The result will appear in Transcript or Academic Plan with 2 weeks.
6)    The students is not entitled to re-apply for the equivalency since the committee recommendations are final.
