Dr. Baroun is an accomplished academic and practitioner currently working as
an Assistant Professor of Business Management & HRM at the Arab
Open University in Kuwait. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management (HRM)
from the University of Salford, United Kingdom, complemented by a Master of
Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree in a related field.
His academic credentials reflect a strong foundation in business and management
studies, with a specialized focus on HRM, a discipline that has remained

Prior to his academic career, Dr. Baroun accumulated extensive
