AOU Participates in the Barakah Forum for Islamic Economy – Kuwait
Dr. Salah Al-Hamadi, the Assistant Director of the university for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research, represented the university at the Barakah Forum for Islamic Economy, "The Third Barakah Summit" in London. The forum focused on discussing the role of Islamic finance in achieving sustainable development The summit embodies the vision of the late Sheikh Saleh Kamel, who was a pioneer in the field of Islamic finance and a key supporter of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz's initiative, may he rest in peace, to establish the Arab Open University as a non-profit developmental project.
