Hussein Al-Bataineh is an Assistant Professor of Linguistics at the department of English Language at Arab Open University, Kuwait. He received his PhD in Linguistics in 2021 from Memorial University of Newfoundland. His research interests lie in the area of theoretical syntax and morphology and in particular topics that concern the interaction between these two modules of grammar.
