Courses Taught

Dr. Noof Al-Mahdi has extensive and diverse teaching experience spanning over 17years in the fields of psychology and counseling psychology. She has worked as a full-time lecturer at the Arab Open University for 11 years and part-time for 3 years, teaching various courses in psychology, such as "Learning Psychology," "Child Psychology," and "Educational Materials." Additionally, she has been actively involved in several academic and administrative committees, including the Student Fund Committee and the Disciplinary Committee.

Her teaching experience also extends to other institutions, such as teaching a course on "Care and Education of Children Under Five" at the Autism Center in Kuwait in 2002, and a "Self-Knowledge" course at the Office of Social Development in Kuwait in 2002.

Dr. Al-Mahdi also delivered lectures and seminars at the Illinois Institute of Technology in the USA, where she addressed topics such as "Arab Women and Work," "Disability Awareness," and "Community Guidance."

These diverse experiences highlight Dr. Noof Al-Mahdi's ability to deliver high-quality education in psychology and counseling, as well as her significant contributions to student development in the academic environment.

Professional Experience

Beyond university teaching, Dr. Al-Mahdi has also delivered specialized courses and scientific seminars in various institutions. She taught a course on "Care and Education of Children Under Five" at the Autism Center in Kuwait in 2002, as well as a "Self-Knowledge" course at the Office of Social Development in Kuwait in the same year.
