​وحتى نتمكن من مساعدتكم يرجى التقيد بالملاحظات التالية:

  • يجب إرسال رسالة واضحة للقسم المعني فقط بتفاصيل الطلب أو الاست​فسار
  • سوف يتم الرد على الطلب في أقرب وقت
  • عدم إرسال الطلب أو الاستفسار لأي قسم غير معني ولن يتم الرد في هذه الحالة
  • بعض الطلبات تستدعي أن يقوم القسم المعني بالتواصل مع أقسام أخرى لتنفيذ الطلب أو الرد على الاستفسار, وقد يحتاج ذلك بعض الوقت, لذلك لا داعي لتكرار نفس الطلب قبل أن يتم الرد​.
