Dr. Osama Al-Juhaim has extensive academic and professional experience in marketing, strategic planning, and public sector development.
Professionally, Dr. Al-Juhaim has spent over three decades in key leadership and advisory roles within Kuwait’s oil and public sectors. Notably, held managerial and policy-focused roles, including heading Kuwaitization initiatives and policy development committees.
He also served as Director of the Center for Specialized Studies and Research in Kuwait from 2008 to 2017, and as a board member in local Company. In addition, he is an experienced consultant and trainer in leadership, strategic planning, and feasibility studies, and a certified professional mentor.
Dr Osama has more than 10 years’ experience of teaching different courses such as: Organization behavior, Office management, Business functions, Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, and Managing across organizational and cultural boundaries
