1. Students club:
- Organizing and management of students clubs events.
- Activate the reservation site for clubs event and communicating with IT department.
- Receive students' needs for their events and arranging the location held with service department.
- Reservation classes, halls, and theatres from Service department and Head office.
- Arrange events of clubs with locations and organization if the events been presented outside the university.
- Taking approvments from Head departments to held the events.
- Checking the contents of the events and the benefits to presents with Student Affairs Departments manager and colleges.
2. Assistance Students with special needs:
- Receive students with special care prove records.
- Manage their needs with other departments like Examination department and Service departments during regular classes and exams periods.
- Provides student assistances such as close parking area, medical care, physical and visual care during the class and exams.
- Provides information of the students for other departments if they need it.
- Sent the numbers of special cases for Quality Assurance department every academic year.
3. Instalments:
- Activate the instalments options on Sis system throughout the registration period.
4. External students activities:
- Organizing and advertising student's events that been held outside AOU.
- Communicating with external organizations from letters transferred from head office department.
- Arranging and communicating with participants students.
