Dr. Aleassa is associate professor in the faculty of business studies at Arab Open University-Kuwait. I got Bachelor
and Master degrees in business administration from Yarmouk University-Jordan.
Dr. Aleassa holds a PhD degree in business administration from Southern Illinois
University- Carbondale USA. My research interest is related to the areas of
business ethics, organizational behavior, and focusing right now on
investigating dysfunctional behavior. My publications have appeared in several
different international journals such as Journal of Business ethics. I am a Winner of Sharjah Award for best PhD Dissertation in Administrative
Science-2010.
