HR - Human Resources
This division is concerned with following up on the needs of all employees. The department follows up on issuing contracts, residencies and health insurance cards. In short, it follows up with all the issues that are related to the employees at the university.
The department has started a special program in which all the information about the employees are documented. This program is linked to the financial department. It gives special reports about all employees, for example, their leaves, vacations, renewing contracts and annual raise etc.

The Department's activities and achievements:
- Issuing contracts and renewing them
- Documenting the annual and administrative vacations and sick leaves both manually and electronically.
- Following up on the cases related to medical insurance
- Annual raises
- Issuing work permits for non-Jordanians
- Issuing experience certificates
- Saving all the files for the employees
- Issuing maintenance contracts and renewing them
- Communicating with the Administration in Kuwait and following up on issues related to the employees
- Participating in the graduation ceremony committee for the first class of graduates and supervising all the university’s publications ( the year book, invitations, certificates )
- Participating in special committees that are concerned with the university’s publications ( student guide book , common questions, the university’s brochure)
